Vodafone UK has confirmed that they will launch HTC Desire HD on October 22nd and offer free phone on 2-year contract with £35 per month tariff for 900 mins, unlimited text and 750MB data. HTC Desire HD is the latest phone runs Android 2.2 with latest version of HTC Sense - coming with 4.3 inch Super LCD screen, 8 Megapixel camera with HD video recording and 1 GHz MSM8255 Snapdragon Qualcomm CPU which is the second generation chipset named "Scorpion" with a low-power 45nm process technology.
